Tattoo ink lives underneath the top layer of skin, which makes it difficult to remove, often requiring multiple laser sessions or in some cases, surgical removal. Laser tattoo removal is a non-invasive procedure that uses a Q-switched laser device to break down the pigment colours of an unwanted tattoo, while causing minimal damage to surrounding tissue. Laser tattoo removal has become more and more popular as the prevalence of tattoos has increased over recent decades.
Can I just add that if you come for your first session & you don't feel comfy then you can either walk away with no charge or you can purchase a tube of numbing cream from me & make another appointment
How is a Tattoo Removal Procedure Performed?
Contact Wayne on the link below with a photo of your tattoo for a price & availability
Our hours are customised to suit your needs
It can hurt but all depends on your pain threshold . It generally feels like an elastic band flicking against your skin. Some people say it feels like hot fat spitting onto your skin but as the ink fades so does the pain. If you can handle having a tattoo then you'll be OK having it removed
Can be anything from 4 upto 11 sessions spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart depending on how quick you heal
This all depends on the ink quality. Some of our clients have seen great improvement after 3 and even on their first session but bear in mind that coloured ink is more stubborn than black ink & will need a stronger wavelength to remove.
Aloe Vera is best or a cold compress.
Keep it out of the sun or wear a good spf sunscreen
No downtime required but in some cases there will be bleeding but most often just swelling & raised skin
